Digital Capture
Scanning is the best option for prints, photographs, slides and negatives. We use the Imacon flextightphoto scanner and the Epson 1640xl flatbed scanner High resolution scans are possible in sizes up to 24 inches by 30 inches. Larger images require capture by film or digital camera. We use Nikon 35mm film with a film Hasselblad, and a film 4x5 view camera plus a digital camera.
Printing Processes
Our carefully selected printers allow you to print anything from small format B&W to large giclée prints on canvas. Your options are only limited by your imagination. Print only the quantity that you need..On-Demand.. when you need more, we'll be ready.
Small Format Printing
Two differerent Epson 1280's provide excellent smaller format prints up to 13X19 inches. One 1280 is dedicated to piezography, the other produces brilliant color prints with the wide color gamut produced by Epson photo dye inks. Paper options are almost limitless..
Your work can be reproduced in every size that meets the needs of your customers on an ever widening selection of substrates.
Large Format Options
We use an Epson 9600 and an Epson 10,000 to produce prints up to 44 inches wide. The 9600 uses the new Epson UltraChrome ink set with two different "black" inks available, matte and photo. We work with you to choose inks, and substrates that produce the finished product that you envision.
Finishing Services
We can take care of every aspect of preparing your art for a show. We will digitize and print images, stretch canvas, mat and frame prints, package and ship to the gallery. Call for a QUOTE
All canvas giclée prints are finished with Clearstar's Type C either gloss or semi-gloss.
Other prints can be finished as requested by the artist.
We ship via UPS. Client pays all packing and shipping charges.
